ACTIVITIES FOR PRESCHOOLERS AND CHILDREN?

Preschool and children meet for Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. in Building 1. During the 10:30 a.m. worship service, we have a kids service lead by our children’s ministry team. On Wednesday, the children meet at 7:00 p.m. During the school year we have Awana, a program for kids. In the summer we have a special program that is geared more toward getting the kids moving.

ACTIVITIES FOR TEENS?

The Open Door Church Youth Ministry exists to provide a safe, fun place where teenagers from 6th -12th grade can gather twice a week to study God’s Word and strive to become more like Him. Our focus is fellowship, growth, service and worship. Teens meet every Sunday Morning for Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. and each Wednesday Evening at 7:00 p.m. Monthly activities are planned to allow our youth and their friends to gather for the purpose of Fellowship and Service.

WHAT IS THE OPEN DOOR CHURCH'S "STYLE" OF MUSIC?

In terms of music, we don’t have a “style” that we stick with, we sing contemporary praise songs, choruses, and hymns. Our desire is that our musical worship be uplifting and create a sense of anticipation for the teaching time in the service.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We want you to be comfortable. Whether that means jeans and a t-shirt, business casual or suit and tie.
